1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Tao Hoo ("the Service"), operated by GwinTech Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Tao Hoo is a tunneling platform that allows you to expose local services to the internet through secure tunnels. The Service includes the web dashboard, CLI client, REST API, and tunneling infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. After the trial period, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or port scanning
  • Host or distribute illegal content
  • Circumvent tier limits or abuse the free trial system
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Tiers and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers with different limits on tunnels, bandwidth, and features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not inspect the content of traffic passing through your tunnels. Tunnel session metadata is collected for analytics and billing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or security breaches. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
